Platform Installation Notes There has been confusion about getting the Microsoft. NET Framework installed. Please read the notes for Windows 7 or Windows XP as it applies to you. Note: Do not rename downloaded drivers, this may defeat backward compatibility features and might prevent your driver from installing. An increasing number of manufacturers are shipping drivers with their hardware see the Projects page.
